How quickly will our order ship?
Wholesale orders consistently ship within 5 to 10 business days. With very few exceptions, we manufacture all of our products at our Wisconsin facility.
By domestically manufacturing our products, we are better able to control their availability and their quality while helping to keep your customers and fellow Americans working.
Domestic Shipping Methods Used:
UPS Ground:
UPS Ground is used for all orders not requiring LTL (less than truck load) shipments.
(Please contact us to discuss special needs or possible options you may require.)
Common Carrier / Truck
Please contact us regarding larger orders that require LTL or FTL services.
Domestic Shipping Cost:
New Flat Rate Shipping Program The following rates only apply to domestic shipments within the contiguous states
(Please Note: Your 'Ship to Address' must be identified as a business with UPS to qualify for these low rates!) Check with UPS if you are uncertain if your address qualifies as a business. All orders shipped to a non-business address will be charged standard residential rates.
Domestic UPS Ground:
New for 2010
To better assist our customers in reducing and managing their shipping costs we are introducing our New, Nation Wide, Flat Rate Shipping Program. This allows our customers to know upfront what shipping will cost and take advantage of lower rates when possible. Rates are based on the total dollar amount of an order being shipped to a single destination.
It no longer matters if you are in Florida or Oregon, nor does it matter how much each product weighs. Your shipping can now be easily calculated!
The Rates are as Follows:
Orders totaling: $100 - $250 shipping will cost 9% $251 - $500 shipping will cost 7% $501 + shipping will cost 6%
As an example, for a $150 order, shipping will cost $13.50 (9%) for a $500 order, shipping will cost $35.00 (7%) for a $501 order, shipping will cost $30.06 (6%)
(Note: these costs are subject to change without notice and only apply to domestic shipments within the contiguous states.)
Shipping Costs outside of the USA contiguous states
Domestic Customers in Hawaii or Alaska:
Can order using any of the same options described above, however, our new Flat Rate shipping program does not apply.
Instead, once we receive your order it will be consolidated into the fewest number of cartons to minimize your shipping costs and shipped via UPS and your actual shipping charges will be added to your order amount.
International Customers:
Please contact us to discuss options.
Damages
Great care is taken to package your order to prevent damage and we work closely with our carriers to select the proper packaging materials.
But when accidents happen, certain steps need to be followed to insure credits can be given.
For all damaged products received via UPS the following standard UPS procedure needs to be followed:
Point out any visible damage such as crushed corners, punctures, fluid stains, collapsed sides, partially opened or resealed cartons to your UPS delivery driver even if it may seem minor. Save the shipping container in which damaged product was received, as UPS will want to see the carton and the damaged product should a claim be filed.Inspect all product received and Call us at (920) 994-4195 within 7 days of receiving the merchandise regarding any damages.
Shortages
Getting your order right the first time is very important to us.
Dual verification and detailed information is logged for every order we ship, including the number of cartons shipped, which products are packaged into which carton and exact weights for each. Through the years, we have found the following checklist has helped our customers save time and avoid embarrassing moments. Have you received all of the cartons that were shippedHas each carton been emptied, including all packagingVerify no-one has already taken product to the sales floorVerify quantities received against the packing slip, attached to the outside of Box#1.
If after verifying the above, you still believe there is a shortage, please contact us.
